Borough Manager
The Borough Manager is the chief administrative officer appointed by Borough Council. The manager is responsible for carrying out the policies and enforcing the ordinances of council, thereby relieving council members of routine daily administration. Duties include grant procurement, oversight of public works, recreation, police, and volunteer fire departments, as well as development and management of special projects.
The Manager is appointed each year by Borough Council at the first meeting for a term of one year.

Code Enforcement
The borough's "Building Code Official" is responsible for the administration and enforcement of the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code (PA UCC). This includes oversight of new construction, remodeling, and issuance of building permits.
