  • Weather Update and Trash Collection

We appreciate your patience as our Public Works crew works hard to get all of the streets cleaned, as the snowstorm finally clears the area. We thank them for their efforts through the weekend. Additionally, due to the inclement weather, trash collection will be delayed this week. That will take place on Friday, January 30. Stay safe.
  • Glass Dumpster Update

The glass recycling dumpster is back in place at the borough building for resident use. It is located directly behind the Public Works garage.
  • Winter Futsal

Futsal is open to boys and girls, ages 7-13. The league will meet for a practice/scrimmage one day each week during the winter months (dates/times are TBD) in two age divided sessions (7-9 and 10-13). To allow for the best experience for all participating, registration will be limited to 20 players per division. The fee for this sport is $25. Registration will take place through Teamsnap, starting December 15. This information, along with any updates throughout the season, will also be available on our webpage, edgewood.pgh.pa.us, and Facebook page, Edgewood Borough Community Events. If you would like to help coach (Clearances are required), or for any questions about the league, please contact Abigail at office@edgewoodboro, or by phone at 412-242-4824, ext 217.   Futsal registration link: https://go.teamsnap.com/forms/502301
