Starting in early September, the parking lot and grounds at the municipal building complex will undergo significant rehabilitation. The borough was awarded a $425,000 grant to replace storm sewers, replace sidewalks, add handicapped accessible parking and enhance pedestrian safety and access around the facility. Independent Enterprises, Inc. will undertake the work which is expected to last approximately two months. There will be limited access at times to the building so please pay attention to all temporary signage. Police and fire vehicles will be positioned around the facility to respond to emergencies so please use caution if you need to visit the facility.

Please be advised that the glass recycling dumpster will not be available during this time. There is simply too much work occurring adjacent to where it is located to safely allow access. While the dumpster is unavailable, residents may take glass recycling to Construction Junction during normal business hours.
