Come enjoy an afternoon of fall-themed fun including hayrides, crafts and more at Koenig Field on Saturday, October 3. This family friendly event takes place from 3-6pm (last hayride departs at 5:40). There is no entry for Fallfest activities. Make sure to get your tickets for the Edgewood Foundation’s Oktoberfest to enjoy beer and a pig roast (vegetarian option also)! Please contact the Edgewood Foundation to purchase your Oktoberfest ticket or for questions about that event: edgewoodfoundation.org. If you are interested in participating as a market vendor for Fallfest, please email office@edgewoodboro.com.

Edgewood Borough has once again been named by the Allegheny League of Municipalities as a Banner Community in 2026.

Pittsburgh, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is announcing a long-term ramp closure on I-376 (Parkway East) in the City of Pittsburgh and Edgewood, Swissvale boroughs, Allegheny County, will begin Monday, April 27 weather permitting. Starting Monday at approximately 12:01 AM, the eastbound I-376 off-ramp to Edgewood (Exit 77) toward South Braddock Avenue (after the Edgewood/Swissvale split) will be closed to traffic around-the-clock for bridge and roadway reconstruction work through late June. Please note, the ramp toward Swissvale will remain open. Traffic will be detoured. Posted Detour Eastbound I-376 to Edgewood toward South Braddock Avenue • Take the ramp on the right toward Swissvale • Turn left onto Monongahela Avenue • Follow Monongahela Avenue to the intersection of South Braddock Avenue • End detour

Please remember, no pets are allowed in any part of Koenig Field. For an off-leash dog area, there is a dog run available at Dickson Park. Parking for the dog run is available at the Aberdeen St entrance.

Street sweeping resumes Wednesday, April 1st. Please comply with the signs on your respective streets to avoid a citation.
