I-376 Parkway East Lane Restrictions Begin Friday in Pittsburgh, Edgewood
Pittsburgh, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is announcing lane restrictions on I-376 (Parkway East) in Edgewood Borough and the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, will begin Friday night, March 6 weather permitting. Median barrier reconstruction work requiring around-the-clock lane shifts will be implemented on I-376 in each direction between the Squirrel Hill Tunnel and the Edgewood/Swissvale (Exit 77) interchange through mid-April. To allow this work to occur, single-lane restrictions will occur from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Friday, March 6 to conduct line eradication, painting, and temporary barrier installation to facilitate traffic shifts for median barrier reconstruction work.
